Civil and structural engineering
• We shall submit the budgetary cost estimate for the civil works for your financial planning. • We shall assist you for identifying the Geo‐Technical personnel and prepare the tender for
recruiting the agency for carrying out the geo‐technical investigation.
• We shall prepare the bill of quantities, specifications and tender documents for Civil and
structural works and assist you to invite the bidders to quote and for finalization of contractors.
• We shall give you the material requirement at the initial stage of the project for your
procurement planning.
• Preparation of basic design norms to be adopted for the design of the project and submission of
the same for your approval.
• Preparation of Basic General Arrangement drawings including the floor plans with the
dimensional details and submit for your approval.

• Preparation of detail design calculations and working drawings for civil, structural and
architectural job for execution at site.
• Detailed material takes out for final procurement activity for carrying out the final Procurement

Mechanical Engineering Services
• Prepare final layout and flow sheet based on the main machinery selected, approved preliminary
layout and flow sheet, electrical and auxiliary equipment with proper code.
• Review and approve the General arrangement drawings prepared by the suppliers for various
process departments to coordinate the project activities concerning different equipment
suppliers and to ensure that they meet the requirements as laid down in the respective
specifications.
• Participation in the meetings with the customer, main equipment suppliers, Auxiliary equipment
suppliers.
• Review and approve the general arrangement drawings prepared by the equipment supplier for
ducting and chutes.
• Review & approve the plate fabrication drawings for all chutes, ducts prepared by the
supplier/Contractors.
• Preparation of general arrangement drawings between the departments uncovered in the
equipment supplier scope and the interconnecting/hook‐up drawings as required for the
completion of engineering properly as a whole.
Electrical Engineering Services
• System Design and design criteria covering the Power requirement, Power supply, Power
distribution, plant earthling, lightning protection for the buildings.
• Preparation of detailed drawings for the plant illumination including the lux levels
• Fault level calculations and relay coordination/settings.
• Technical support required submitting the application to the state electricity board for the power
supply system/requirement.
• Preparation of detailed specification and tender document and assistance for the evaluation of
the bids received for the procurement of the following equipment.
